Canada: a feminist man assaults a pro-life girl just for disagreeing

The events occurred last Sunday in Toronto (Canada), during a peaceful call called Life Chain, organized annually by the Pro-Life organization Campaign Life Coalition.

Marie-Claire Bissonnette, 27, was at noon in a corner of the intersection of Bloor and Keele streets, carrying posters in defense of the unborn children in a totally peaceful manner. In fact, a pro-abortionist girl in her twenties appeared with a pro-abortion poster, and nobody bothered her: "She was the only counter-protester present throughout, and she peacefully shared the corner with the rest of us," Marie-Claire said this Tuesday in an article published in LifeSiteNews.

The aggressor started chasing a ten-year-old girl

Around half past two, a man "in his late twenties to early thirties observed the demonstration and, taking out two markers, one red and one blue, he managed to deface two of our signs. After I warned people to shield their signs, he then proceeded to run up behind five of the participants (including a ten-year-old girl) and scribble with his markers on their backs, ruining their clothing," says Marie-Claire. "After these acts of vandalism, he approached the pro-abortion demonstrator, evidently in order to seek her approval, which she appeared to deny him by discouraging his tactics. At this point I took out my cell phone and began to record him, telling him that what he did was destruction of private property and it was against the law. He asked me whether a sixteen-year-old girl who gets pregnant after being raped should keep her baby. I attempted to explain that her baby should be treated no differently than a three-year-old child who may have been conceived by rape."

The police told the assaulted that it was not a "serious case of assault"

At this moment, without Marie-Claire had dedicated any insult, the attacker threw a strong kick in the shoulder, "which sent my phone flying," says the assaulted. After what happened, the young woman asked someone to call the police. The assailant told him that he was going to kick his phone, and then, while a young Pro-Life man was calling the police, the abortionist fled. The Police took five to ten minutes to arrive. The agents did not even get out of the vehicle. Marie-Claire told them what happened and showed them the video, and the response from the agents was: "What do you want us to do about it?". The young woman, trembling and almost crying because of what happened, asked them what her options were, and they answered that she could file a complaint, but that she would have to take him to court and, only if they could find him. In addition, they told her that what happened was not "serious case of assault" and that the aggressor could possibly be released on parole. Marie-Claire has been surprised by the "indifference" of the agents. In Canada, progressivism is imposing itself in an atrocious way, to the point that attacking a young Pro-Life woman is not important for the Police. However, as soon as the video went viral - on Youtube it already has more than 900,000 visits - many media reported the attack, generating a great controversy.

The aggressor is identified: he had already attacked another Pro-Life woman this summer

This Wednesday, the Pro-Life group Human Defense identified the aggressor: his name is Jordan Hunt and he is a hairdresser in Toronto. It is also the case that at the beginning of this summer he had already attacked another Pro-Life woman, specifically a member of the Canadian Center for Bio-Ethical Reform, as seen in this other video:

Human Defense has encouraged its supporters to call the Toronto Police Department to ask "why they have not detained Hunt, as he has proven to be dangerous and mentally unstable." After the controversy generated by the images of the aggression in the Canadian media, the aggressor has already been dismissed from his job, but despite having already participated in two assaults, Hunt has not yet been arrested.

Abortionists had already assaulted Marie-Claire and threatened to rape her

This is not the first aggression suffered by Pro-Life activists at the hands of abortionists. Marie-Claire Bissonnette (you can see her picture on the right of these lines) remembers it in her article: "In 2014 Michael Panagapko of Toronto was convicted of assaulting a woman during the 2013 Life Chain with a knife. He poured water on her, threw the bottle in her face, pulled her to the ground by her hair and beat her by punching and kicking her, before pulling out his knife. Youtube is full of documented evidence of violent attacks on peaceful pro-lifers." Marie-Claire has pointed out that she has already been attacked on several occasions and pro-abortion activists even threatened to rape her: "This isn’t the first time I’ve been attacked. Rocks have been thrown at me. I’ve been spat upon multiple times and pushed. Men have aggressively asked how I would like it if they raped me and forced me to have an abortion. There is a media-driven narrative that pro-life activists are violent and a danger to women. This is a bald-faced lie. The only violence or aggression I’ve witnessed in my many years in the pro-life movement comes entirely from pro-abortion activists, and yet it’s rarely, if ever, reported."
