Important notice for users of the Counting Stars comments section

Recently, Counting Stars has suffered another attack (there have been quite a few) with a massive spam campaign targeting its user registration.

This attack involved the mass registration of thousands of fake accounts. Due to the scale of the attack, I had to resort to directly deleting the fake users from the database. Unfortunately, and due to an error on my part, some verified accounts were deleted in the process. I have already notified some of those affected by email and recreated their user accounts.
