{"id":26091,"date":"2011-11-24T17:06:18","date_gmt":"2011-11-24T16:06:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/?p=26091"},"modified":"2011-11-24T17:21:05","modified_gmt":"2011-11-24T16:21:05","slug":"el-espectaculo-debe-continuar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2011\/11\/24\/el-espectaculo-debe-continuar\/","title":{"rendered":"El espect\u00e1culo debe continuar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Tal d\u00eda como hoy hace 20 a\u00f1os mor\u00eda en Londres una de las voces m\u00e1s prodigiosas de la m\u00fasica rock del siglo XX:<\/strong> Farrokh Bulsara, m\u00e1s conocido por su nombre art\u00edstico <strong>Freddie Mercury<\/strong>, vocalista de la archifamosa banda brit\u00e1nica Queen.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nMuchos son los temas de este grupo que han ocupado sitios destacados en las listas musicales, pero hoy quer\u00eda rendir homenaje a Mercury con el que fue su \u00faltimo <em>single<\/em>: \"The show must go on\", cuya traducci\u00f3n al espa\u00f1ol es el t\u00edtulo que lleva esta entrada. \u00c9sta es desde hace muchos a\u00f1os mi canci\u00f3n favorita de Queen: tr\u00e1gica, poderosa, apasionada... Un tema magn\u00edfico dentro del ya de por s\u00ed excelente repertorio del cuarteto ingl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Hay mucha gente que identifica el tema <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=fIU6-tmevRo&feature=player_embedded\">\"Who wants to live forever?\"<\/a> (\u00bfQui\u00e9n quiere vivir para siempre?) como el testamento musical de Freddie. Sin embargo, ese tema es de 1986 y al vocalista de Queen no le diagnosticaron el SIDA hasta el a\u00f1o siguiente. En 1991 el guitarrista del grupo, Brian May, escribi\u00f3 \"The show must go on\" para Mercury sabiendo que a su amigo le quedaba ya poco tiempo de vida. La canci\u00f3n fue lanzada a mediados de octubre de ese a\u00f1o. Un mes y medio muri\u00f3 Freddie, mientras su \u00faltima canci\u00f3n -de la que no se lleg\u00f3 a grabar un videoclip, debido al mal estado del cantante- escalaba puestos en las listas de \u00e9xitos.<\/p>\n<p>\"The show must go on\" es uno de los testamentos musicales m\u00e1s bellos y grandiosos que conozco, y me parece el m\u00e1s indicado para este d\u00eda.
