Justo de espaldas a la Cruz se situ\u00f3 un palco donde el Alcalde (PSOE) y el Teniente de Alcalde (BNG) hicieron su particular mitin. Aunque los alrededores de la Cruz no ten\u00edan adornos, el Concello orden\u00f3 taparla con una estrella y una pieza de tela.
