Upon arriving at the scene of the events, they found the victim of the shots with a gunshot wound to the chest. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AaronMesh\/status\/1299945745986928641\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Local journalist Aaron Mesh has noted<\/a> that <strong><em>\"the victim was wearing a hat and T-shirt bearing the emblem of Patriot Prayer,\"<\/em> a conservative group that supports Trump.<\/strong> This Saturday afternoon, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ByMikeBaker\/status\/1299896006377496577\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a rally of vehicles in support of Trump had been organized in Portland<\/a>, which <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ByMikeBaker\/status\/1299908467457622016\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was attacked by left-wing extremists<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><big>Murdered in cold blood after being identified as a Trump supporter<\/big><\/p>\n<p>When some already claimed that the shooting victim was caused by a confrontation between Trump supporters and members of Black Lives Matter, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MichaelCoudrey\/status\/1299995572133392385?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1299995572133392385%7Ctwgr%5E&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.outono.net%2Felentir%2F%3Fp%3D42688preview%3Dtrue\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mike Coudrey has published a video of the events<\/a>, noting the following: <em>\"Tonight in Portland <strong>BLM terrorists and Antifa murdered a Trump supporter in cold blood. So <strong>instead of telling his audience that what happened in Portland was the murder of a Trump supporter, this is how some media have released the news:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El Pa\u00eds<\/strong> (Spain): <a href=\"https:\/\/elpais.com\/internacional\/2020-08-30\/un-muerto-por-disparos-en-portland-tras-un-choque-entre-seguidores-de-trump-y-antirracistas.html\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><em>\"One shot dead in Portland after a clash between Trump supporters and anti-racists\"<\/em><\/a>. In <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/el_pais\/status\/1299982139623182341?s=11\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">its Twitter account<\/a>, this socialist newspaper has stated: <em>\"The mortal victim wore a hat with the insignia of a far-right group that has staged altercations.\"<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>The New York Times<\/strong> (USA): <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2020\/08\/30\/us\/portland-trump-rally-shooting.html\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><em>\"One Person Dead in Portland After Clashes Between Trump Supporters and Protesters\"<\/em><\/a>. In all the news, <strong>this progressive newspaper does not indicate which ideology or group those \"protesters\" were from<\/strong>, but it does say the following: <em>\"The man who was shot and killed was wearing a hat with the insignia of Patriot Prayer, a far-right group based in the Portland area that has clashed with protesters in the past.\"<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>RT<\/strong> (Russia): <a href=\"https:\/\/actualidad.rt.com\/actualidad\/364892-matar-tiros-persona-enfrentamientos-portland\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><em>\"One person shot to death during clashes between Trump supporters and Black Lives Matter protesters in Portland.\"<\/em><\/a> The news of this media controlled by the Russian government <strong>forgets to say that the victim was a Trump supporter.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Infobae<\/strong> (Argentina): <a href=\"https:\/\/www.infobae.com\/america\/eeuu\/2020\/08\/30\/un-muerto-en-portland-tras-los-enfrentamientos-entre-manifestantes-antirracistas-y-seguidores-de-trump\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><em>\"One dead in Portland after clashes between anti-racist protesters and Trump supporters\"<\/em><\/a>. This media states in its lead: <strong><em>\"The victim wore a cap of a far-right group<\/strong> and would have participated in the caravan of supporters of the president, who had scenes of violence with activists of the Black Lives Matter movement.\"<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>El Mundo <\/strong>(Spain): <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/internacional\/2020\/08\/30\/5f4baa8021efa0cb2a8b4613.html\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><em>\"One dead in Portland after clashes between anti-racists and Trump supporters\"<\/em><\/a>. This media also highlights that <em>\"the deceased, fatally shot in the chest, wore a cap with the insignia of an extreme right-wing group.\"<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Efe<\/strong> (Spain): <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efe.com\/efe\/usa\/sociedad\/un-muerto-en-portland-oregon-durante-choques-entre-manifestantes-rivales\/50000101-4330936?utm_source=wwwefecom&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=rss\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><em>\"One killed in Portland, Oregon, during clashes between rival protesters.\"<\/em><\/a> The brief report of this agency controlled by the socialist-communist government of Spain <strong>forgets to say that the victim was a Trump follower.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>P\u00e1gina 12<\/strong> (Argentina): <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pagina12.com.ar\/288628-un-muerto-en-la-noche-en-que-los-seguidores-de-trump-se-enfr\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><em>\"One killed on the night Trump supporters clashed with anti-racist protesters.\"<\/em><\/a> After this headline, in which it seems that the perpetrators of the crime are Trump's followers, that far-left media says in the text of the news: <strong><em>\"The mortal victim wore a hat with the insignia of a far-right group from Portland, Patriot Prayer.\"<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>P\u00fablico<\/strong> (Spain): <a href=\"https:\/\/www.publico.es\/internacional\/muerto-portland-choque-antirracistas-y-seguidores-trump.html\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><em>\"One dead in Portland after a clash between anti-racists and Trump supporters\"<\/em><\/a>. This far-left newspaper highlights in its lead: <em>\"The man who was shot wore a badge of Patriot Prayer, a group of the extreme right.\"<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>None of these media speak of murder<\/strong>, despite the fact that the shots were fired in cold blood against a man who was simply walking down the street. In addition, <strong>the one who is presented as an extremist is the victim<\/strong>, since at no time do they call the murderers \"far-left\", but they do try to link the murdered with the extreme right. To make matters worse, <strong>their headlines try to present everything as the result of a confrontation<\/strong>, when the video of the events clearly shows that there was no confrontation between the victim and the murderers. Finally, <strong>the headlines hide that the victim was a Trump supporter<\/strong>, so that some who read only those headlines are left with the impression that perhaps Trump supporters were the perpetrators of the crime.<\/p>\n<p><strong>That is not journalism: what these media do is disinformation and propaganda of the worst kind.<\/strong> The degree of manipulation to which we are accustomed is already reaching purely emetic extremes. Once again, <strong>they show that there are no leftist scoundrels who are not willing to whitewash and manipulate<\/strong> so that their readers end up blaming the right.
