Well, yesterday something very similar happened in that city.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><rel><a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2021\/03\/26\/spanish-parliament-refuses-to-condemn-the-crimes-of-nazism-and-communism\/\">Spanish Parliament refuses to condemn the crimes of Nazism and Communism<\/a><\/rel><br \/>\n<rel><a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2021\/04\/13\/the-letter-from-more-than-2500-judges-that-warns-the-eu-that-spain-is-moving-towards-totalitarianism\/\">The letter from more than 2,500 judges that warns the EU that Spain is moving towards \"totalitarianism\"<\/a><\/rel><\/p>\n<p><big>A march convoked by a group that has praised Stalin before<\/big><\/p>\n<p>This Wednesday afternoon, several hundred left-wing extremists paraded through the center of Madrid<strong> carrying communist flags and large portraits of the dictators and Soviet genociders Lenin and Stalin<\/strong>, both responsible for the deaths of millions of people in two of the largest genocides suffered in Europe. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/pml_rc\/status\/1380071849602744322\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The march was convoked by the Marxist-Leninist Party (Communist Reconstruction)<\/a>, a far-left group that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2020\/08\/25\/hacen-apologia-del-genocida-stalin-en-espana-al-amparo-de-la-memoria-selectiva-del-psoe\/\">in 2020 placed banners with the portrait of Stalin in Madrid and Valencia<\/a> and that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2018\/04\/16\/silencio-mediatico-sobre-los-retratos-de-lenin-y-stalin-en-la-marcha-por-la-republica-en-madrid\/\">already paraded with portraits of genociders in Madrid in 2018<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"rumble\" width=\"665\" height=\"374\" src=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/embed\/vd27gt\/?pub=ck0k2\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><big>Why did the Government authorize this demonstration?<\/big><\/p>\n<p>As happened three years ago,<strong> the objective of yesterday's march was to vindicate the republic.<\/strong> That the supporters of that regime associate it with dictators and communist murderers is the best publicity campaign that a parliamentary monarchy like the Spanish one can receive. The question is: <strong>why did the socialist-communist government authorize a march by an organization that habitually uses its activity to praise genociders?<\/strong> Would the government of Pedro S\u00e1nchez have also authorized a march praising Hitler? <strong>The right of demonstration does not protect the exaltation of genocide.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><big>What the Spanish Penal Code says about the exaltation of genocide<\/big><\/p>\n<p>It should be remembered that in Spain <strong>Article 510 of the Penal Code punishes exaltation of genocide and genociders with imprisonment for one to four years<\/strong> and a fine of six to twelve months for those who publicly, classifying those who <em>\"deny, trivialize seriously or extol crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity or against persons and property protected in the event of armed conflict, or extol their perpetrators.\"<\/em> Despite this, <strong>the Government-controlled Prosecutor's Office systematically prevents any action against those who extol genocidal communists such as Lenin and Stalin<\/strong>, creating a sense of total impunity among the far-left organizations that commit these crimes.<\/p>\n<p><big>A few weeks ago the Government refused to condemn the crimes of communism<\/big><\/p>\n<p>That communist march took place only a few weeks after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2021\/03\/26\/spanish-parliament-refuses-to-condemn-the-crimes-of-nazism-and-communism\/\">the refusal of the PSOE and Podemos government and their parliamentary allies to condemn the crimes of communism<\/a>, in a scandalous parliamentary session in which they were asked to sign <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/doceo\/document\/TA-9-2019-0021_EN.html\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the European Parliament's condemnation<\/a> of September 2019 against those totalitarian regimes. During the debate on that condemnation proposal in the Spanish Parliament, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2021\/03\/24\/psoe-y-ultraizquierda-ensalzan-a-criminales-y-antidemocratas-en-un-pleno-del-congreso\/\">the socialists and their far-left allies openly extolled communism<\/a>, presenting the communists as freedom fighters despite the fact that this totalitarian movement <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2021\/04\/12\/communist-dictatorships-established-in-the-world-from-1917-to-the-present\/\">has dedicated to implanting dozens of dictatorships<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><big>The communists made their march unmolested by anyone<\/big><\/p>\n<p>That march took place <strong>a week after a legal act of a democratic party, Vox, the third most voted party in Spain, was stoned by the far-left<\/strong> in the Vallecas neighborhood of Madrid, an attack in which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2021\/04\/07\/un-diputado-un-policia-y-varios-seguidores-de-vox-heridos-por-la-ultraizquierda-en-vallecas\/\">a deputy and several members of Vox were wounded<\/a>. Some facts that the socialist-communist government has not condemned. Unlike. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2021\/04\/14\/la-rotunda-replica-de-abascal-a-sanchez-por-tratar-a-los-agredidos-de-vox-como-agresores\/\">Yesterday Pedro S\u00e1nchez presented the attacked as aggressors<\/a>, accusing Vox of going to \"mount a fight\" in Vallecas. A few days earlier, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2021\/04\/07\/podemos-justifica-sin-rodeos-las-agresiones-contra-vox-en-vallecas-han-ido-a-provocar\/\">his extremist partners from Podemos accused Vox of the attacks, stating that they were \"provoking\"<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><big>The Government does not issue any criticism against the communist march<\/big><\/p>\n<p>In contrast to what happened then, <strong>yesterday the communist demonstration was not disturbed by anyone<\/strong>, neither by political rivals nor by the Police, being able to carry out this outrageous paramilitary parade with a normality that a democratic opposition party like Vox can not because of far-left violence. Furthermore, <strong>the Government has not launched any accusations against the organizers of the communist march.<\/strong> Could it be because S\u00e1nchez and his ministers do not believe that exhibiting portraits of genociders is \"provoking\" or \"mounting a fight\"?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Can anyone imagine a demonstration in the heart of Madrid with a portrait of Hitler and nazi flags?
