The Russian invasion of Ukraine is also taking shape in the world of toys, at least in the invaded country, reflecting what many Ukrainian children now admire.<\/p>\n

A few days ago, the journalist Olga Tokariuk commented<\/a>: \"I bought a Mriya for my kid, because every child needs to have a Dream\"<\/em><\/strong> (Mriya means \"Dream\" in Ukrainian). Olga was referring to the Antonov An-225 Mriya, but it's not like she bought a real one, but this cute stuffed version:<\/p>\n

As you will remember, the An-225 was the largest plane in the world and was destroyed by the Russians<\/a> who took over the Hostomel airport. By doing that, they have made it a symbol for many Ukrainians.<\/p>\n

Among the new stuffed toys are also the FGM-148 Javelin anti-tank missiles<\/strong>, a weapon that has proven to be very effective and has enabled the Ukrainian forces to cause serious problems for the Russians.<\/p>\n

There is also a stuffed version of the Bayraktar TB2 drone<\/strong>, to which the Ukrainians have even dedicated a song<\/a>, in view of how useful it is proving to be.<\/p>\n
