It's always sad to see a historic building abandoned, but it's even sadder to see a museum that contains real gems of military history.<\/p>\n

This is the case of the Motor Technica Museum in Bad Oeynhausen, Germany.<\/strong> This private museum opened its doors in 1971, with numerous and varied objects related to the motor world, from civilian vehicles to combat tanks, and also aircraft. The museum closed in 2007 and has been abandoned ever since.<\/strong> A video by Ulrich Kronenberg<\/a> shows a small part of what can still be seen from the outside, as the undergrowth has almost completely covered some of the vehicles:<\/p>\n
