Recall that the last 11 MiG-29s operated by the Slovak Air Force were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/europe\/slovakias-neighbours-patrol-its-skies-freeing-mig-jets-ukraine-2022-08-27\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">retired from service<\/a> in August 2022. In the video <strong>we see planes with the two types of camouflage that the Slovak MiG-29s had been using<\/strong>, the old one made up of two shades of gray and the more recent one of a pixelated type.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/52768993214_a22b1801b4_b.jpg\" style=\"width:100%; height:auto; margin:10px 0 10px 0;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In this image we see on the right <strong>one of the pixelated camouflage MiG-29s with the Slovak insignia already covered<\/strong> in its starboard drift. As a curious fact, due to the large size of the air intakes of the MiG-29 and how close they are to the ground, when the plane is taxiing down the runway or taking off, these intakes are closed to prevent the entry of foreign objects that could damage the engines, and in their place several smaller intakes are opened on the fuselage to supply air to the jets.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/52768993274_b78e47828b_b.jpg\" style=\"width:100%; height:auto; margin:10px 0 10px 0;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Last month, on February 16, the Ukrainian Air Force <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/KpsZSU\/status\/1626178516491304960\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">displayed this photo<\/a > of <strong>one of its MiG-29s<\/strong> carrying under its wings R-27 medium-range and R-73 short-range air-to-air missiles.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/52769150785_a94c2a9492_h.jpg\" style=\"width:100%;
