In the area there is an old medieval watchtower from Muslim times, <strong>the Tower of Lifa<\/strong>, which was destroyed by the Umayyads and of which only a few ruins remain today. The always excellent channel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@AventurasEntresierras\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Aventuras Entresierras<\/a> published an interesting video yesterday showing this route and doing a bivouac in it:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Vivac Rompepiernas.
