This question becomes inevitable watching <strong>the second part of Ninurta's exploration of Vorkuta<\/strong>, in Russia, the coldest and easternmost city in Europe. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2023\/06\/07\/the-icy-abandoned-streets-of-vorkuta-the-coldest-and-easternmost-city-in-europe\/\">On June 7th we saw the first part here<\/a>, which was already impressive. In this new video, <strong>its author got into the middle of a heavy snowfall and in the middle of the night<\/strong> in a place that has a record minimum temperature of \u221252\u00baC. <strong>The youtuber could have suffered from frostbite...<\/strong> As I already said on Tuesday about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2023\/06\/28\/a-dangerous-exploration-of-the-syrets-an-underground-river-that-runs-through-kiev\/\">a video of Stepanets<\/a>, it does not seem like a prudent way to act:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The long dark in Vorkuta.
