At least until now.<\/p>\n<p><rel><a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2023\/11\/06\/marlaska-did-not-allow-the-police-to-defend-themselves-from-a-separatist-attack-and-now-orders-an-attack-on-a-peaceful-demonstration\/\">Harsh criticism from the Police against the charge ordered by the government in Madrid<\/a><\/rel><br \/>\n<rel><a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2023\/11\/06\/statement-of-the-general-council-of-the-judiciary-of-spain-against-the-amnesty-it-is-a-serious-violation-of-fundamental-rights\/\">Statement of the General Council of the Judiciary of Spain against the amnesty: it is \u201ca serious violation of fundamental rights\u201d<\/a><\/rel><\/p>\n<p>The use of tear gas is exceptional and <strong>is limited to the most violent demonstrations<\/strong>. It is not even common to see the use of these riot control measures against dangerous and violent fans of soccer teams. However, <strong>today we have seen an unusual image in Madrid: the National Police launching smoke canisters against a peaceful demonstration<\/strong>. Es mal\u00edsimo el t\u00edo. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/vbG5NzZxuZ\">pic.twitter.com\/vbG5NzZxuZ<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; V\u00edctorS\u00e1nchezdelReal (@sanchezdelreal) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/sanchezdelreal\/status\/1721642503827300438?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 6, 2023<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p> <script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>In addition to the use of tear gas, <strong>at the end of this video shots are heard<\/strong>, a sign that the Police fired rubber bullets:<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=iVEpIIaraDk<\/p>\n<p><strong>The orders received by the Police to dissolve this demonstration<\/strong> (because the agents do not dissolve a peaceful demonstration a few meters from the headquarters of the government party, without having received express orders to do so) <strong>are not the same ones that the Police received two years ago<\/strong>, on September 11, 2021, when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/espana\/2021\/09\/12\/613de04a21efa0f9478b4611.html\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a mob of violent separatists attacked the Barcelona Headquarters<\/a> and the agents did not even defend themselves from the attack, probably after receiving orders to that effect. Here is a video of what happened:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Graves incidentes en la marcha de la Diada a su paso por la Jefatura Superior de Polic\u00eda\" width=\"665\" height=\"374\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/twuidcz6iVc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>After that attack, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2021\/09\/12\/las-duras-criticas- desde-la-policia-al-gobierno-por-su-pastividad- before-the-attack-in-barcelona\/\">police unions harshly criticized Marlaska<\/a>'s orders not to allow the Police to defend themselves against that attack. <strong> He is the same minister who today is responsible for the order to dissolve that demonstration.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Two weeks ago, <strong>very violent scenes were seen in Orense in a firefighter protest<\/strong>, in which the protesters launched harsh attacks against the Police, firing fire extinguishers at the officers. <strong>In this case smoke canisters were not released either<\/strong> (what is seen at point 0:41 of the video is not smoke from the Police, but rather the fire extinguishers fired by the firefighters):<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"OURENSE: Un BOMBERO y dos POLIC\u00cdAS HERIDOS tras un FUERTE ENFRENTAMIENTO en una MANIFESTACI\u00d3N | RTVE\" width=\"665\" height=\"374\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/24fEahQSQn4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In Spain, not only is <strong>a double standard applied on a legal level<\/strong>, granting criminal privileges to the government's allies and erasing their criminal record (as S\u00e1nchez intends to do with his amnesty), but also <strong>Very different orders are issued that also favor the government's allies, even when they resort to violence<\/strong>. And all this with Congress without activity, waiting for S\u00e1nchez's inauguration, and <strong>without the opposition being able to ask the government for explanations for this police action<\/strong> that is totally out of place.<\/p>\n<p><big>Criticism of the charge from the Police itself<\/big><\/p>\n<p>+ UPDATED 0:01h: <strong>Josema Vallejo<\/strong>, national police and vice president of the association <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PoliciaSXXI\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Police S.XXI<\/a>, has published <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JosemaVallejo\/status\/1721657005130092810\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">this message on Twitter<\/a> a half ago time: <em>\"<strong>Sources from the device confirm that they have YES used tear gas. Means that the government does not usually allow to be used even against the most violent radicals.<\/strong> From my always defense of police actions, I must say that this, today, <strong>is INDEFENDABLE<\/strong>. The enemy is the one who gives the orders.
