On November 28, a United States Navy Boeing P-8A Poseidon maritime surveillance aircraft suffered a spectacular accident in Hawaii.<\/p>\n

The accident occurred when the P-8A (169561 YD-561) was preparing to take off at MCAS Kaneohe Bay Marine Base.
