Within the Navy, these six frigates are framed in the <a href=\"https:\/\/armada.defensa.gob.es\/ArmadaPortal\/page\/Portal\/ArmadaEspannola\/buquessuperficie\/prefLang-es\/04Fragatas-F100-F80--02fragata-clase-santa-maria-f-80\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">41st Escort Squadron<\/a>, based in Rota (C\u00e1diz). This week, <strong>five of them have met in the waters of the Gulf of C\u00e1diz on the occasion of the MAR 41 escort ship exercise.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53489187998_2cffeca058_b.jpg\" style=\"width:100%; height:auto; border:0px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Yesterday the Spanish Navy published two series of photos of this exercise.
