It is a common area for paragliding, and these days that area has been chosen for <strong>the Dercetius exercise of the \"San Marcial\" Division of the Spanish Army<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53531608403_16cc277f16_b.jpg\" style=\"width:100%; height:auto; border:0px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This exercise has the participation of NH-90 helicopters of the III Maneuver Helicopter Battalion (<strong>BHELMA III<\/strong>) of the Airmobile Forces of the Army (<strong>FAMET<\/strong>), the Flag of the Legion's Special Operations (<strong>BOEL<\/strong>, on these lines) and the \"Galicia\" Infantry Regiment No. 64 of <strong>Mountain Hunters<\/strong>, which is based in Jaca. During this exercise, these units are trained in mountain flying, helicarriment, insertion and extraction of operational equipment, fast rope and rappelling.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53530524032_cc4cdb935a_b.jpg\" style=\"width:100%; height:auto; border:0px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Spanish Army <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/EjercitoTierra\/status\/1758096779789185109\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">has communicated<\/a>, during this exercise an unexpected event occurred: < em>\"<strong>A real emergency situation put their preparation to the test: A paraglider suffered a spectacular accident.<\/strong> Given the inaccessibility of the area, the action of our forces deployed there was requested.\"<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53530523992_61b8a25a33_b.jpg\" style=\"width:100%; height:auto; border:0px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Thus, <strong>this time the GREIM had formidable reinforcements<\/strong>, made up of soldiers from the aforementioned units of the Army.
