As noted yesterday by the Polish newspaper <a href=\"https:\/\/wpolityce.pl\/polityka\/697652-wtargniecie-do-krs-wyrzucono-dziennikarzy-i-rozpruto-szafy\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">wPolityce.pl<\/a>, <strong>Justice Minister Adam Bodnar<\/strong> (who is also the State Attorney General) <strong>forcibly assaulted the headquarters of the National Council of the Judiciary (NCJ) <\/strong>, a constitutional body that is responsible for ensuring the independence of judges and courts.<\/p>\n<p><big>The assault resulted in forced and burst safes<\/big><\/p>\n<p>In an unprecedented event in democratic Europe, and which only finds a similarity in the attacks of the Spanish socialist government of Pedro S\u00e1nchez against Justice, <strong>the prosecutor Piotr Myszkowiec, following orders from Bodnar and accompanied by agents of the Polish Police, entered the NCJ headquarters and broke into several safes<\/strong>. Yesterday afternoon, <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/KRS_RP\/status\/1808498350779519170\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the NCJ announced that it will file a complaint in court against this assault<\/a>, pointing out that <strong>the entry into its headquarters was carried out \"illegally, unjustified and incorrectly\"<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><big>An attack on Justice by a government supported by members of the EPP and socialists<\/big><\/p>\n<p>The current Minister of Justice of Poland, <strong>Adam Bodnar, responsible for this assault<\/strong>, ran as a candidate for the Senate in the 2023 legislative elections on the candidacy of the Civic Coalition (KO), <strong>a center-left coalition led by the Civic Platform (PO), chaired by Donald Tusk<\/strong>, current Prime Minister of Poland. Also in that coalition was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2019\/05\/28\/the-polish-right-defeats-a-strange-alliance-of-centrists-leftists-and-post-communists\/\">the Alliance of the Democratic Left (SLD), Polish partner of the Party of European Socialists<\/a> <strong>and heir to the single party of the communist dictatorship<\/strong> that disappeared in 1989.<\/p>\n<p>Let us remember that <strong>the Civic Platform is the Polish partner of the European People's Party (EPP)<\/strong>, to which the current president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, belongs, which in the last legislature undertook <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2021\/09\/30\/hungary-and-poland-yes-spain-no-the-reasons-for-the-leftist-bias-of-the-european-commission\/\">a political persecution against the conservative government of the Law and Justice party (PiS)<\/a>, alleging alleged violations of the rule of law. At the same time, <strong>Von der Leyen did absolutely nothing against the Pedro S\u00e1nchez government's attacks on judicial independence in Spain<\/strong>, since the president of the European Commission is allied with the socialists.<\/p>\n<p><big>Von der Leyen's complicity with the abuses of the Tusk government<\/big><\/p>\n<p><strong>Von der Leyen launched sanctions against the previous Polish conservative government<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2024\/02\/23\/ursula-von-der-leyen-exposes-the-political-harassment-she-orchestrated-against-poland\/\">sanctions that it has withdrawn after Tusk came to power<\/a>, despite the fact that the new government has not modified any of the rules by which the previous government had supposedly been subject to these European sanctions. <strong>With the approval of Brussels<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2024\/01\/11\/the-coup-on-the-rule-of-law-by-the-new-center-left-government-in-poland\/\">Tusk has launched a blow to the rule of law in Poland<\/a> in recent months, with a series of actions that have gone even further than the Spanish government of Pedro S\u00e1nchez.<\/p>\n<p>That coup consisted of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2024\/01\/11\/the-coup-on-the-rule-of-law-by-the-new-center-left-government-in-poland\/\">arrests of opposition deputies<\/a>, an extremely serious fact that <a href=\"https:\/\/wpolityce.pl\/polityka\/677483-sn-negatywnie-o-dzialaniach-holowni-i-prusinowskiego\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">has been denounced by the Supreme Court<\/a> as <em>\"a significant violation of the legal order of the Republic of Poland\"<\/em> <\/strong>: <em>\"<strong>Not only do they constitute a violation of national law, but they also have no basis in the ruling of the CJEU<\/strong> [Court of Justice of the European Union] of December 21 of the year past.\"<\/em><\/p>\n<p><big>Tusk even threatened to arrest the president of the Republic of Poland<\/big><\/p>\n<p>The new center-left government has gone to extremes never seen in democratic Europe, as <a href=\"https:\/\/wpolityce.pl\/polityka\/677662-burza-w-sieci-po-slowach-tuska-dyszacy-nienawiscia\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tusk's threat to arrest the President of the Republic<\/a>, Andrzej Duda (member of PiS), <strong>an unprecedented event that caused a scandal in Poland<\/strong>in January this year. Given these facts, <a href=\"https:\/\/wpolityce.pl\/polityka\/677781-bezprawne-dzialania-rzadu-tuska-prezydent-apeluje-o-spokoj\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the president Duda denounced \"the ostentatious violation of the Polish Constitution\"<\/a> by the Tusk government.<\/p>\n<p><big>A blow to the rule of law supported by Brussels and Berlin<\/big><\/p>\n<p>As noted yesterday by the newspaper <a href=\"https:\/\/wpolityce.pl\/polityka\/697668-kazdy-akt-bezprawia-ludzi-tuska-ma-zewnetrznych-patronow\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">wPolityce .pl<\/a>, <strong>Tusk is receiving the support of the European Commission and the German government of socialist Olaf Scholz<\/strong> in each of the steps it is taking to illegally colonize democratic institutions in Poland. <strong>Brussels and Berlin are protecting these attacks on the rule of law<\/strong>, after using false accusations against the previous conservative government to punish Poland and force an electoral reversal.<\/p>\n<p>This Wednesday, after the assault on the NCJ, <strong>the president of the Law and Justice party, Jaros\u0142aw Kaczy\u0144ski<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/wpolityce.pl\/polityka\/697658-prokurator-i-policja-w-krs-prezes-pis-akt-lamania-prawa\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">denounced \"the non-compliance with the Constitution\" and the \"hypocrisy\" of the European Union<\/a>.
