This is a Ukrainian city that was razed and occupied by the Russians.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53888842857_5d291fe5f8_b.jpg\" style=\"width:100%; height:auto; border:0px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>We see propaganda operations making graffiti with a mold,<\/strong> in the shape of a logo with two angles and a circle.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53889756381_2c217fb736_b.jpg\" style=\"width:100%; height:auto; border:0px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Another masked person corrects the Mariupol sign<\/strong>, putting it into Ukrainian.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53888842887_d4a795e8e5_b.jpg\" style=\"width:100%; height:auto; border:0px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>In the video we see different people taking off their masks.<\/strong> A woman, an old man, a man of military age. The video shows other missions, such as taking photos of Russian military equipment. <strong>And towards the end we see this, with the Ukrainian phrase \"\u041c\u0438 \u043f\u043e\u0440\u0443\u0447\" (We are close)<\/strong>, with the hooded people in a field of sunflowers, a plant that is a national symbol in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53889994973_be0f4b7e74_b.jpg\" style=\"width:100%; height:auto; border:0px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>At the end of the video we see the logo with the angles and the circle again. <strong>It is the symbol of the Ukrainian Special Forces Resistance Movement<\/strong>, which is celebrating the first anniversary of its creation.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/53888842867_d0c7942004_b.jpg\" style=\"width:100%; height:auto; border:0px;\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>What we have just seen is an excellent psychological operations (PSYOPS) video, surely the best I have seen since <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2022\/05\/08\/ghosts-in-the-machine-a-strange-enlistment-video-for-very-atypical-soldiers\/\">the \"Ghosts in the Machine\" video<\/a> published two years ago by the US Army's 4th Psychological Operations Group, and which has some similarities to this Ukrainian video.<\/p>\n<p>As I pointed out to you then, <strong>the purpose of psychological operations is to persuade and erode the enemy's morale<\/strong>, even to get them to surrender, while motivating friendly forces. In this case, <a href=\"https:\/\/opir.org.ua\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the website of the Resistance Movement<\/a> launches a message explaining its function as follows: <em>\"We are the people of Ukraine. We are total resistance in defense of our independence and freedom. <strong>We are everywhere. We see everything.
