On Monday, Spain's socialist president, Pedro S\u00e1nchez, began his second official trip to communist China in less than two years.<\/p>\n
The first trip<\/a> was in March 2023. Then, with a very smiling face, S\u00e1nchez took the photo with dictator Xi Jinping that you can see above these lines<\/strong>, a clear sign that the Spanish socialist did not reproach the Chinese communist at all regarding the numerous human rights violations committed by his dictatorship.<\/p>\n This Monday, S\u00e1nchez met with Li Qiang<\/a>, the prime minister of the Chinese communist dictatorship, and told him: \"We want to build bridges to defend together a fair trade order<\/strong> that allows our economies to grow and benefit our industries and citizens.\"<\/em><\/p>\n On Wednesday, on the third and final day of his trip to the Asian country, Sanchez called on the European Union to reconsider tariffs on Chinese electric cars<\/a>, thus favouring the dominant position of the Asian giant<\/strong>, whose powerful industry benefits from much less demanding working conditions and a more lax legislative framework than that of European car companies. S\u00e1nchez's about-face on this issue has angered Brussels,<\/a> which believes that the Spanish socialist weakens the common European position against communist China.<\/strong><\/p>\n This Thursday, one day after returning from communist China, S\u00e1nchez announced 40 million euros to promote the use of electric bicycles in Spain<\/a>, stating: \"It is about increasing the modal share of the bicycle in daily travel and having more bicycles in more cities, for more people<\/strong>\"<\/em>, claiming that in this way we will have \"healthier, cleaner, more agile and more welcoming\" cities.<\/em><\/p>\n Yesterday, V\u00edctor S\u00e1nchez del Real pointed out<\/a> a very interesting fact about S\u00e1nchez's latest quip: Communist China is the world's largest producer of electric bicycles<\/strong>. Coincidentally, bicycles from that country are also paying tariffs in the EU<\/a>. If S\u00e1nchez were to succeed in having these tariffs cancelled, as he requested this week, communist China could obtain a dominant position in European imports<\/strong>, since currently, most of the electric bikes imported by the EU come from free China (Taiwan)<\/a>.<\/p>\n Given the long-standing friendly relationship between the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the PSOE<\/a> (the Socialist Party led by Pedro S\u00e1nchez), it is not hard to imagine which country will benefit the most from yesterday's announcement about bicycles<\/strong>. Beijing has been buying political favors from countries with economic problems for years, and S\u00e1nchez heads the most ruinous economy in the EU because of his socialist economic recipes<\/strong>. What promises have the leaders of the CPC - the absolute master of that country - made to S\u00e1nchez in exchange for these measures to favor Beijing's interests?<\/p>\n There may be people who prefer to believe in mere coincidences,<\/strong> but what we have seen this week is not. Just as Jos\u00e9 Luis Rodr\u00edguez Zapatero does with the Venezuelan socialist dictatorship, S\u00e1nchez is acting as a mere fixer for the communist dictatorship in Beijing,<\/strong> favoring its interests and tolerating its interference, as we already saw with the case of the police stations of communist China in Spain<\/a>. S\u00e1nchez's announcement is not about ecology or public transport: it is another favor to his friends in Beijing,<\/strong> just as he has done with the tariffs on Chinese electric cars.<\/p>\n ---<\/p>\n
