Between 9 and 29 September, the Spanish and British armies carried out a joint exercise in Scotland.<\/p>\n

The exercise, called Talon Highlander, has included the participation of AH-64E Apache Guardian attack helicopters<\/strong> (the most modern version of this American aircraft) from the 3rd Regiment of the British Army Air Corps (AAC) and NH-90 Sarrio transport helicopters<\/strong> from the III Manoeuvre Helicopter Battalion (BHELMA III) of the Spanish Army Air Forces (FAMET).<\/p>\n

The Spanish Army has announced<\/a> that these exercises have been focused on \"the integration and preparation of air units within the Allied Reaction Force<\/strong>\"<\/em> (ARF) of NATO. \"They have contributed to a multinational force, capable of responding quickly to any threat.\"<\/em> The Spanish Army has released this video of the exercise:<\/strong><\/p>\n
