{"id":57379,"date":"2024-10-09T05:28:25","date_gmt":"2024-10-09T03:28:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/?p=57379"},"modified":"2024-10-11T03:23:30","modified_gmt":"2024-10-11T01:23:30","slug":"encuesta-que-te-parece-la-ley-del-psoe-para-castigar-la-exaltacion-del-franquismo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2024\/10\/09\/encuesta-que-te-parece-la-ley-del-psoe-para-castigar-la-exaltacion-del-franquismo\/","title":{"rendered":"Encuesta: \u00bfQu\u00e9 te parece la ley del PSOE para castigar la exaltaci\u00f3n del franquismo?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Este martes, el Congreso de los Diputados ha aprobado la toma en consideraci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congreso.es\/es\/busqueda-de-iniciativas?p_p_id=iniciativas&p_p_lifecycle=0&p_p_state=normal&p_p_mode=view&_iniciativas_mode=mostrarDetalle&_iniciativas_legislatura=XV&_iniciativas_id=122\/000126\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">una proposici\u00f3n<\/a> de ley del grupo socialista.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><rel><a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2021\/07\/20\/ley-de-memoria-democratica-condenando-al-franquismo-por-no-haber-sido-comunista\/\">Ley de 'memoria democr\u00e1tica': condenando al franquismo por no haber sido comunista<\/a><\/rel><br \/>\n<rel><a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2021\/03\/26\/el-parlamento-espanol-se-niega-a-condenar-los-crimenes-del-nazismo-y-del-comunismo\/\">El Parlamento espa\u00f1ol se niega a condenar los cr\u00edmenes del nazismo y del comunismo<\/a><\/rel><\/p>\n<p>Esa proposici\u00f3n pretende reformar la ley que regula el derecho de asociaci\u00f3n para <strong>ilegalizar a las asociaciones que ensalcen el franquismo<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congreso.es\/webpublica\/opendata\/votaciones\/Leg15\/Sesion064\/20241008\/Votacion002\/VOT_20241008205542.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">La ley ha contado con el apoyo del Partido Popular<\/a> y con el \u00fanico rechazo de los 33 diputados de Vox. Adem\u00e1s, se da la circunstancia de que <strong>esa reforma no penaliza a quienes ensalcen las dictaduras comunistas<\/strong>, que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2017\/12\/17\/los-mas-de-100-millones-de-muertos-que-causo-el-comunismo-divididos-por-paises\/\">dejaron m\u00e1s de 100 millones de muertos<\/a> y algunas de las cuales son apoyadas por miembros del propio gobierno de S\u00e1nchez. <strong>La reforma tampoco penaliza los homenajes a terroristas de ETA<\/strong>, organizados con frecuencia por aliados del partido que promueve esa reforma. <\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, el partido promotor de esta reforma y sus aliados <a href=\"https:\/\/www.outono.net\/elentir\/2021\/03\/26\/el-parlamento-espanol-se-niega-a-condenar-los-crimenes-del-nazismo-y-del-comunismo\/\">votaron contra la condena europea de los cr\u00edmenes del nazismo y del comunismo<\/a> en marzo de 2021, lo que lleva a preguntarse l\u00f3gicamente <strong>si esta reforma penaliza al franquismo por ser una dictadura o s\u00f3lo por no haber sido una dictadura de izquierdas<\/strong>.
