In Spain we know that in the worst moments we can always count on the best: our Armed Forces.<\/p>\n

Initiatives to help the victims of the cold drop in various regions of Spain<\/a><\/rel>
\nThe terrible images of the floods recorded in several regions of Spain<\/a><\/rel><\/p>\n

As has already happened in other natural disasters, different military units have already come to the aid of those affected by the catastrophe of the cold drop in several regions of Spain<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The main aid contingent, made up of more than 1,000 soldiers, is from the Military Emergency Unit (UME)<\/strong>, which in the last few hours has deployed its five Emergency Intervention Battalions<\/a>: BIEM I<\/strong> (based in Torrej\u00f3n de Ardoz, Madrid), BIEM II<\/strong> (based in Mor\u00f3n, Seville), BIEM III<\/strong> (based in B\u00e9tera, Valencia), BIEM IV<\/strong> (based in Zaragoza) and BIEM V<\/strong> (based in San Andr\u00e9s del Rabanedo, Le\u00f3n).
