Defending ideas that oppose the ideological dogmas of the left is already a risky sport on Mark Zuckerberg's social network.<\/p>\n

The Zuckerberg's trouble when asked about the censorship of conservatives on Facebook<\/a><\/rel>
\nFacebook's algorithm identifies a cross as 'graphic violence' and censors it<\/a><\/rel><\/p>\n

On November 3, Facebook suspended<\/strong> the Counting Stars page<\/a>. This is an unusual move, since the page was created on May 5, 2010, and in 14 years it has not had a single violation<\/strong> of Facebook's community standards.<\/p>\n

Facebook has apparently not removed the page, which can still be visited at<\/strong> facebook.com\/CountStars<\/a> and even allows visitors to start following it, but as of November 3, Facebook does not allow any content to be posted on it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There is no indication that the page is suspended in the public view, but when I log in as an administrator I get this notice: \"Your page has been suspended. This is because Counting Stars violates our Community Standards<\/strong>.\"<\/em> Clicking the \"View Details\" button for more information opens a small blank window that closes instantly. Facebook has never told me which rule has allegedly been violated.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As you can see above, on the administration page of that account Facebook indicates that there has been no violation of the community standards<\/strong>, but just below, in the \"Restrictions\" section, it reports the suspension of the page stating the following:<\/p>\n

\"Your Page has been restricted because it doesn't follow our Community Standards. We know we're not always right<\/strong>, so if you think we got something wrong, please let us know you disagree with our decision, and in some cases, we may be able to lift the restriction.\"<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I have appealed this decision and have had no response from Facebook.<\/strong> Given the social network's usual practice and its systematic censorship of conservative pages<\/a>, I have no hope that Mark Zuckerberg's company will correct this abuse.<\/p>\n

Coincidentally, The last post I was able to make on that page was a criticism of the socialist government of Pedro S\u00e1nchez<\/a> for its delay in deploying the Armed Forces after the catastrophe of the cold snap in Spain on October 29. Moreover, this censorship took place two days before the presidential elections in the United States<\/strong>. Significantly, Facebook has censored this English page but not the Spanish-language Contando Estrelas page<\/a>.<\/p>\n
