Vladimir Putin's dictatorship continues to direct its strategy of terror against the civilian population of Ukraine, including children.<\/p>\n
21 children among the victims: 9 killed and 12 injured<\/big><\/p>\n This Friday, Russia attacked civilian targets with a missile in the Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih<\/a>, in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Launching attacks like this against civilian targets is a war crime, but that wasn't enough for the Kremlin: this time one of the targets attacked was a playground<\/a>, located in the middle of a residential area. Following that first attack, Russia launched a second attack against the same city<\/a>, this time using drones, following a tactic the Kremlin routinely uses to assassinate emergency services personnel<\/strong> who come to the aid of victims.<\/p>\n According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine<\/a> early this morning, these attacks have killed 18 people and injured 61<\/strong>. Because the attack likely occurred while some children were playing in the playground, 21 children are among the victims of these attacks: 9 of them were killed and 12 were injured<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Zelensky: \u201cRussia knows exactly what they are targeting\u201d<\/big><\/p>\n In relation to this attack, this Friday, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, said<\/a>:<\/p>\n These are not humans, just scum. There are no proper words for these Russian bastards. These attacks are no accident\u2014Russia knows exactly what they are targeting.<\/strong> They promised the U.S. to protect such sites, yet their words always end with missiles, drones, bombs, or artillery. For them, diplomacy is meaningless.
