The degradation of public services and democracy in Spain<\/big><\/p>\n
Last fall, Pedro S\u00e1nchez took four days to send the Army to Valencia<\/a> to rescue the victims of the October 29 riots, who had to endure a wave of looting and robbery due to the inaction of the socialist government. On April 28, Spain suffered a national blackout<\/a>, the only one to occur so far in Europe, in which some areas went without power for more than 14 hours. Three weeks later, the government still has not explained the cause of the blackout.<\/strong><\/p>\n Likewise, the Spanish rail network is experiencing increasing delays and problems<\/strong>, such as those that occurred on May 4<\/a>, with thousands of passengers affected for hours. In terms of security, many Spaniards take up to 18 months to recover their properties<\/a> if a squatter takes them<\/strong>, since the left has given every opportunity to those who illegally occupy other people's homes.<\/p>\n Waiting times of more than 8 months for civil court cases...<\/big><\/p>\n The case of the occupations is not an isolated one. Due to the lack of resources, the time limits for judicial proceedings in Spain have been getting longer and longer<\/strong>, exceeding 8 months in first instance courts for civil matters<\/a>, and three months in criminal cases<\/a>. To this must be added the effects of the socialist government's attacks on the rule of law and the privileges granted to its allies (first pardons and then an amnesty). A few days ago, a survey was released indicating that 89.9% of Spaniards believe that justice does not treat politicians and citizens equally<\/a>.<\/p>\n ... but censorship in record time at the request of the socialists<\/big><\/p>\n Yesterday we saw a new example of the degradation of Spanish democracy and the preferential treatment that socialist politicians receive<\/strong>. Yesterday, around 11:00 a.m. in the city of Madrid, the Hazte O\u00edr association placed a banner on a building in front of Congress<\/a> denouncing the corruption scandals of the socialists<\/strong>.
