Last weekend, a long-awaited piece of news broke in the Kremlin: Trump has ordered a halt to all US aid to Ukraine<\/a>, which includes the weapons needed to defend Ukrainian civilians against repeated Russian attacks<\/strong> against residential areas, churches, hospitals, schools, universities, and other civilian targets. Trump's decision is part of a policy that focuses all pressure on the invaded country, Ukraine, and not on the invader<\/strong>. In fact, Trump has not stopped making gestures of goodwill and sympathy towards Putin<\/a> despite his crimes in Ukraine, and has even blamed the Ukrainians for having been invaded<\/a> for not having given in to Putin's blackmail.<\/p>\n

Trump's attitude in this war is openly immoral, siding with the invader<\/strong> and giving Putin every opportunity to continue committing all kinds of crimes against the Ukrainian people. In fact, the Kremlin has taken advantage of Trump's new and decisive favor to Russia by launching one of its worst attacks against kyiv<\/strong>. The Ukrainian Air Force has confirmed that 472 aerial weapons were used in this attack<\/a>, including 440 Shahed drones supplied by the Iranian dictatorship to Russia<\/strong>. The results of the attack have not been more terrible thanks to the work carried out by the Ukrainian Air Force to defend its population.<\/p>\n

Despite this, the Russian attack has killed 28 people and injured 134 in Kyiv<\/a>. The attack was carried out on June 17. The day before, Trump had defended Russia at the G7 summit<\/a>, supporting the alliance's readmission of Putin's dictatorship, which was expelled from the group after Russia's illegal annexation of Crimea in 2014.<\/p>\n

In this whole affair, one fact is confirmed once again: Trump is acting like a mere Russian ambassador, a Putin puppet.<\/strong> Not only did he lie when he claimed he could end this war in 24 hours, but he is openly favoring the invaders, who are committing countless war crimes in Ukraine<\/strong>. I hope the American people will hold their president accountable for what he is doing, which is a betrayal of the ideals of defending Liberty that their country has long championed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
