It is, as I said yesterday, the biggest corruption scandal in the history of democracy in Spain, with a government that grants criminal privileges in exchange for support for its re-election, violating the Constitution, only for the TC, controlled by the socialists, to come and bless that violation.

This is a lethal wound to the rule of law in Spain. This corrupt government, which has become a mere mafia that abuses its power with total shamelessness, is transmitting the message that the socialists and their allies can do whatever they want, even break the law, because they have enough leverage to guarantee themselves absolute impunity. This destroys the principle of responsibility for one's own actions, which is the basis of our coexistence. They are telling us to our faces that some Spaniards enjoy privileges for being socialists or their allies, and they want us to sit idly by? Of course not.

In view of the situation that has just emerged, we Spaniards must raise our response to the socialist mafia. I'm not going to tell you here to break the law, because I'm not like the members of that mafia: I love Spain and I defend the common good, and that entails doing everything possible to ensure that good Spaniards are not forced into unsustainable situations. But the law offers a lot of leeway, and we must make the most of it.

First of all, if the coup against constitutional legality perpetrated in 2017 in Catalonia goes unpunished, erasing serious crimes committed with the aim of breaking our national unity and setting Spaniards against each other, then the rest of Spaniards have the right to stop doing certain favors for the coexistence that this mafia no longer deserves. The socialist mafia and its allies intend to trample on our constitutional pact and our norms of coexistence without any consequences for them. We cannot give them that pleasure: they have to realize that in a democracy, vileness and contempt for the common good must have consequences, and not only on the legal level.

We must make socialists feel these consequences in their daily lives, that they are rejected by people wherever they go, that they do not have a single minute of respite in this society they have scorned in exchange for seven measly seats for the separatists. Of course, I am not talking about harassing anyone: I am simply inviting you to express your opinion in a democratic, legal, and peaceful, but also energetic, manner, to all the socialist leaders you meet, and also to the journalists and voters who support them.

On the other hand, I remind you that there are many ways to destroy a mafia. What is needed is the determination to achieve that goal. Let us remember that Al Capone was a criminal who believed he could go unpunished and was ultimately caught for tax evasion. When a mafia is dedicated to corrupting institutions to guarantee impunity when breaking the law, defenders of law and order should not overlook even a single legal loophole to pursue that mafia, no matter how small. The healthy part of the State must rebel against these corrupt individuals who use resources paid for by everyone for their personal benefit.

Furthermore, I repeat what I said here a few weeks ago: we must isolate this socialist mafia and its accomplices, in democratic institutions, in the media, on social networks, in all areas. There can be no dialogue, understanding or pact of any kind with those who are destroying democracy in Spain, because by doing so we would be normalizing behavior that is unacceptable in a democratic society. This implies breaking all agreements with them in Brussels, and I say this for the Popular Party. You cannot govern in the European Union with those who are plundering the rule of law in Spain. They should be ashamed of themselves for not having broken that pact yet, after everything this government has been doing.

I also want to send a message of hope and confidence in Spain. Our nation has endured much more difficult trials than this one and emerged victorious. In Spain, there are still politicians, police officers, civil guards, judges, journalists, and ordinary citizens who are honest and do their duty. We owe them special thanks at this time, and we should also support them more than ever, because thanks to many of them, socialist corruption is being investigated and is coming to light. I am convinced that thanks to these honest people, whatever their opinions or beliefs, we are going to recover our democracy and make that mafia pay for everything it has done.

Finally, I would like to remind you that in 1919, the then King Alfonso XIII consecrated Spain to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, inaugurating a monument, the Hill of the Angels, which the left dynamited in 1936. After the bloody Spanish Civil War, that monument was rebuilt. Today, June 27, we Catholics celebrate the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. To those of you who are believers, please, I ask you to pray for Spain. In times like these, we Spanish Christians must not only reaffirm our trust in our Homeland, but also our trust in God. He can do everything and never abandons us.

<big2>Long live Spain!</big2>

---

Photo: Elentir.

Since Thursday, Spain has been living in a state of emergency, brought on by a powerful group determined to destroy our democracy.

[19536,10398
15601,18211,693,2721,10641,10796,11462
post-60053","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-we-said-yesterday","category-spain","tag-constitutional-court-of-spain","tag-coup-detat-of-2017-in-catalonia","tag-psoe","tag-pedro-sanchez-castejon","tag-political-corruption","tag-socialism","tag-spain
"publishpress_future_workflow_manual_trigger":
["GET
