All in all, the movie is much better than I expected, especially as a person who doesn't know much about Formula 1. The tactics and strategies used in the races seemed very interesting to me, and the level of technology used in these cars seems so impressive that it's quite close to what you'd see in a Eurofighter or an F/A-18 Hornet.

The director of this film is American Joseph Kosinski, who has already directed some films that I have enjoyed, such as "Tron: Legacy" (2010), "Oblivion" (2013) and "Top Gun: Maverick" (2022). In addition, he is preparing with Disney a new version of a science fiction classic that I love: "The Black Hole" (1979).

In the film, some famous Formula 1 drivers make small cameos, including two Spaniards, Fernando Alonso and Carlos Sainz Jr. It's especially interesting that, apart from the main team, which is invented, real racing teams appear in the film, which gives the story more authenticity. As an incentive for aviation buffs like me, I must add that the RAF Red Arrows also appear in the film with their BAE Hawk training aircraft, and the UAE Air Force's Fursan Al Emarat team with their Aermacchi MB-339NATs. I've had my fair share of planes, so I can't complain.

I highly recommend this film to Formula 1 fans; I think you'll love it. In fact, it's been a while since I've seen so many people at the cinema on a Friday afternoon. For everyone else, I'll say it's an entertaining film and I found it short despite its length (156 minutes). I think it's a good opportunity to spend an entertaining summer afternoon at the cinema.
