In recent hours, Vladimir Putin's dictatorship has launched a new terrorist attack against civilian targets in Ukraine.<\/p>\n
Once again, the target has been a residential area in Kyiv:<\/strong> The Russian attack has killed 18 people, including 3 minors<\/a>. The youngest of them was only 2 years old. In addition, 38 people have been injured. In this attack, Russia has launched 598 drones and 31 missiles<\/a>. Ukrainian air defenses have shot down 563 drones and 26 missiles<\/strong>, but each weapon that is not shot down means new deaths from Russian terrorism.<\/p>\n With this new attack, Russia is once again making it clear that it does not want peace, in case some international leaders hadn't noticed yet.<\/strong> Vladimir Putin's dictatorship began a large-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, in which it has been committing all kinds of crimes (without some even organizing a protest demonstration<\/strong>, as they constantly do against Israel) and the dictator seems determined to continue killing and keeping this war active even though thousands of young Russians continue to die in it as cannon fodder.<\/p>\n Of course, the civilized world cannot give in to a criminal like Putin: we must help Ukraine defend itself<\/strong>, and that means providing it with the means to defend itself against these Russian attacks. These means must include anti-aircraft artillery and also weapons to suppress the launch sites of Russian terrorist attacks<\/strong> against Ukraine. According to the Ukraine Support Tracker, Spain remains one of the European countries that has sent the least military aid to Ukraine<\/a>. Pedro S\u00e1nchez's government makes solemn declarations of support for Ukraine that ultimately fail to translate into action.<\/p>\n As @TuiteroMartin<\/a> pointed out today, Spain has had a MIM-104 Patriot missile battery in Turkey since 2015<\/strong>. These types of batteries are used to shoot down missiles such as those used by Russia to attack the city of kyiv in recent hours. According to the General Staff of the Defense, this battery was intended to defend Turkey from attacks by the Syrian regime of Bashar al-Assad and ISIS<\/a>. The Bashar al-Assad regime no longer exists, and there is no record of ISIS carrying out any missile attacks on Turkey. That Spanish mission in Turkey has been meaningless for years. So, why is that Spanish Patriot battery still in Turkey instead of being sent to Ukraine?<\/strong><\/p>\n For years, Ukraine has needed air defenses to protect its citizens from Russian terrorism.<\/strong> How many more times will the Ukrainian government have to ask for this help before we finally send it?
