In Spain, the left does not admit the existence of false accusations filed by women for \"gender violence\".<\/p>\n
This crime, created in 2004 by the socialist law on gender violence<\/strong> (created by the PSOE but also supported by the Popular Party, it must be said), is based on the premise that the mere accusation without evidence of a woman against a man is enough to condemn the accused<\/strong> or, at the very least, subject him to a real judicial ordeal.<\/p>\n For years, many men have suffered from false accusations, often used in divorce proceedings<\/strong> to gain an advantage in child custody cases. Recently, a book by Juan Soto Ivars about these false accusations has been boycotted by feminist groups<\/a> simply for revealing an uncomfortable truth<\/strong> that exposes the perverse method used by leftist feminism to generate a battle of the sexes, after the failure of its class struggle thesis.<\/p>\n Today we learned of a new court decision that highlights this problem. The Supreme Court has acquitted a man from C\u00e1diz who was convicted of \"gender violence\" in 2016<\/a> solely based on his partner's testimony, after the woman who filed the complaint was convicted of perjury last year. This acquittal was only possible after the woman admitted that she had fabricated the accusation.<\/strong> Had she not admitted it, the man would have continued to be labeled an abuser by the justice system for the rest of his life.<\/p>\n Seven years ago, I pointed out here the extreme difficulty of proving and obtaining a conviction for false accusations<\/a>. While the likelihood of convicting a man for \"gender violence\" is reduced to the testimony of his wife, practically the only method for proving a false accusation is to obtain a confession, written or recorded, from the woman making the accusation<\/strong>. But even then, there is a problem for the accused man, since Article 456 of the Penal Code states that proceedings can only be brought against the accuser \"after a final judgment<\/strong> or a final order of dismissal or archiving by the Judge or Court that heard the alleged offense.\"<\/em> The process can last for years.<\/strong><\/p>\n Due to this mechanism, most perpetrators of false accusations go unpunished<\/strong>, since the perverse legislation created by the socialists (and maintained intact by the PP) protects them. We are facing legislation that clearly violates the right to the presumption of innocence<\/strong>, a fundamental right protected by Article 24 of the Spanish Constitution. A few days ago I already explained here the PSOE's attacks against this right<\/a> for years, attacks that are now turning against the Socialists<\/strong> in the form of a wave of unsubstantiated sexual harassment accusations.<\/p>\n The most astonishing aspect of today's ruling is that the Public Prosecutor's Office opposed the acquittal of the man who was the victim of this false accusation even after the accuser admitted she lied<\/strong>. In Spain, the Attorney General is appointed by the government, and prosecutors are under its authority. Will the Public Prosecutor's Office apologize for this?<\/strong> What kind of rule of law do we have when the Public Prosecutor's Office tries to uphold a conviction against a man after the accuser admitted the accusation was false?<\/p>\n Let's remember that these false accusations not only ruin the lives of many men, but also those of their families<\/strong>. This problem doesn't only affect people of a certain ideology: many left-wing voters also suffer from it. Then some will still be surprised by the rise of Vox, the only Spanish party that opposes this perverse legislation.<\/p>\n ---<\/p>\n
