I sincerely believe that most people seek to do the right thing in their lives<\/strong>, which involves distinguishing good from evil and justice from injustice, and that's why we want politicians who have that kind of attitude.<\/strong><\/p>\n However, we live in a time when the barrier between good and evil is being distorted by certain ideologies and politicians<\/strong>, in many cases unscrupulous people (that is, without a clear awareness of what is good or bad or who simply despise that distinction) who believe that the end justifies the means and that certain bad acts are legitimate simply because they are convenient for them<\/strong>, even if they involve objective harm to other people.<\/p>\n Thus, we have politicians who believe that a person's property can be usurped by others<\/strong>, as is the case, for example, with leftist parties that defend the illegal occupation of homes. There are people who vote for these politicians but then don't want leaders who steal<\/strong>; that is, they want politicians who can allow the theft of property but who themselves renounce stealing.<\/p>\n That contradiction is not the most serious one in our society. The vast majority of people reject politicians who believe they have free rein to steal<\/strong>, that is, who appropriate what is not theirs in an attempt to illegitimately benefit from their positions, but at the same time they support politicians who give free rein to kill the most innocent and defenseless<\/strong>, unborn babies, who are human beings from the very moment of conception, as science demonstrates.<\/p>\n In any civilized society, killing an innocent person who cannot defend themselves is a crime<\/strong>. A crime, in fact, punished with the most severe penalties. However, in our society, many people believe that killing an unborn baby is legitimate simply because he is unwanted<\/strong>, because his life is a nuisance, because he is an unwanted effect of sexual relations that should be disposed of like throwing a used condom in the trash. Unscrupulous politicians offer free rein to eliminate these troublesome human beings<\/strong>, laws are created to deprive them of their right to live, and they even intend\u2014as is happening now in Spain<\/a>\u2014to turn the act of killing these innocent and defenseless human beings into a fundamental right<\/strong>.<\/p>\n To disguise this monstrosity \u2014because that is what the act of killing and dismembering an unborn baby in the womb deserves to be called\u2014 these unscrupulous politicians lie to the people, saying that the victims of this atrocity are not human beings<\/strong>, that they are not even living beings, that getting rid of your unborn child is like removing an annoying pimple, and that anyone who asks for respect for these innocent lives is a reactionary, an extremist, and an enemy of women<\/strong>. This is not the first time such colossal manipulation has occurred in a democracy: let us remember that slave owners also said that slavery was a right<\/a>, classifying slaves as objects that other people had the right to possess.<\/p>\n A society that allows itself to be manipulated in this way is enabling political corruption to spread like a metastasis<\/strong>, because political corruption is a manifestation of moral corruption, of the inability to distinguish between good and evil.
