Yesterday I warned here about the agenda of democratic degradation<\/a> that promoting abortion in a country entails.<\/a><\/p>\n

Abortion, an agenda to degrade democracy that will affect us all<\/a><\/rel>
\nAfter fining people for praying, S\u00e1nchez and his partners will legalize the glorification of terrorism<\/a><\/rel><\/p>\n

A reform to imprison pro-life activists for peacefully demonstrating<\/big><\/p>\n

Today we have further proof that this warning was not at all exaggerated. The newspaper El Debate reports that Sumar, the communist faction of Pedro S\u00e1nchez's government<\/strong>, has presented a parliamentary initiative to imprison pro-life activists<\/a> who demonstrate around centers where unborn babies are killed. The current electoral brand of the Communist Party of Spain (PCE)<\/strong>, a totalitarian party that has been supporting authoritarian regimes for decades and to which ministers Yolanda D\u00edaz and Sira Rego belong, intends that there be political prisoners in Spain again<\/strong>, this time for defending the lives of the most innocent and defenseless.<\/p>\n

Sumar's initiative violates Article 21 of the Constitution<\/big><\/p>\n

Sumar's initiative to reform the Penal Code would turn the areas surrounding abortion clinics into dictatorships without freedom of speech<\/strong>, following in the footsteps of other countries that have adopted such totalitarian measures to prevent any criticism of a monstrous crime<\/strong>, which consists of killing and dismembering a human being in the womb. Sumar's initiative seeks to introduce this prohibition into the Penal Code:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"The holding of gatherings, demonstrations<\/strong>, organized or spontaneous acts of presence, vigils, collective or individual speech<\/strong>, or any other conduct of a similar nature, regardless of its peaceful character<\/strong> or its ideological, religious or moral motivation, is prohibited<\/strong> within a security perimeter of two hundred meters around the entrances to health centers authorized for the voluntary termination of pregnancy.\"<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This would radically violate Article 21 of the Spanish Constitution<\/strong>, which states the following:<\/p>\n

1. The right to peaceful assembly without arms is recognized.<\/strong> The exercise of this right does not require prior authorization.
\n2. In the case of assemblies in public thoroughfares and demonstrations, prior notification must be given to the authorities, who may only prohibit them when there are well-founded reasons to believe that public order will be disrupted, endangering persons or property.<\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Sumar's initiative involves suppressing a constitutional right for certain citizens for ideological reasons<\/strong> in certain places, simply because the pro-life opinions are not to the liking of the Spanish left. It is a radically anti-democratic initiative<\/strong>, typical of a communist organization like Sumar, and it demonstrates, once again, that this government is laying the groundwork for turning Spain into an authoritarian regime.<\/p>\n

In 2023, Sumar called for the legalization of the glorification of terrorism<\/big><\/p>\n

It should also be remembered that in 2023 Sumar announced its intention to legalize the crime of glorifying terrorism<\/a>, considering it to be \"freedom of expression\"<\/strong>. This double standard when regulating this fundamental right was already evident in 2021, when the left legalized the violent pickets used by left-wing unions to coerce workers<\/a> and force them to strike.<\/p>\n

The message being sent to Spanish society is very clear: the left intends a regime in which it can glorify terrorists and coerce people with impunity<\/strong>, arrogating to itself a very broad concept of freedom of expression that includes justifying crimes and the criminals who committed them, while imposing censorship and threatening with prison those who do not share its ideology<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Generating a civil conflict to cover up their corruption and incompetence<\/big><\/p>\n

This isn't the first time the left has done something like this: Socialists and communists already did something similar during the Second Republic, pushing Spain into a Civil War<\/strong>. It seems that this path, provoking a serious civil conflict, is the one they've chosen again to cover up their corruption scandals and the criticism of their disastrous management, which recently resulted in 47 deaths in the Adamuz and G\u00e9lida train accidents. We are witnessing a purely criminal form of governance, whose aim is to undermine the pillars of our democracy<\/strong> in order to turn Spain into a copy of Venezuela or Cuba. Many there thought they would never reach the situation they are in now, that some people's warnings were exaggerated. Then no one should come and say that this couldn't have been foreseen.<\/strong><\/p>\n
