\nPegasus, the real cause of the antisemitic campaign instigated by Pedro S\u00e1nchez<\/a><\/rel><\/p>\n

During the match, some spectators shouted \"Muslim who doesn't jump\"<\/a>, an act that has provoked great indignation on the Spanish left, describing these chants as \"racist\". Yesterday, Pedro S\u00e1nchez published a message about what happened<\/a>, stating: \"Yesterday's incident in Cornell\u00e0 is unacceptable and must not be repeated. We cannot allow an uncivil minority to tarnish the reality of Spain<\/strong>, a pluralistic and tolerant country. The national football team and its fans are no exception.\"<\/em><\/p>\n

On January 24, the Jewish cemetery of Les Corts, in Barcelona, \u200b\u200bsuffered a serious antisemitic attack<\/a>. The attackers vandalized more than 20 graves<\/a>. The Federation of Jewish Communities of Spain (FCJE) and the Jewish Community of Barcelona (CJB) also denounced that previously \"anti-Semites targeted the Jewish school in Barcelona, \u200b\u200bexposing and endangering hundreds of minors<\/strong>. Businesses and workplaces of Jewish citizens in the city have also been targeted\"<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The attack on the Jewish cemetery in Les Corts was a very serious event whose repercussions extended far beyond Spain's borders. Israel demanded \"immediate measures\" from the Spanish government<\/a>, calling for a firm response from the authorities. The Spanish government's response was very different from the one it adopted for those shouts at the Cornell\u00e1 football match: Pedro S\u00e1nchez did not even publish a brief tweet condemning that anti-Semitic desecration<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In fact, despite this wave of antisemitism denounced by the Jewish community, S\u00e1nchez has gone more than two years without publishing any message against antisemitism<\/a>. His double standard regarding religiously motivated hate speech is even more evident when we look at his messages about Christians: S\u00e1nchez has never mentioned Christianophobia in the almost 17 years he has been on Twitter.<\/a> In fact, his aversion to followers of Christ is such that in that same time he has not published a single mention of Christians<\/a>.<\/p>\n
