This Wednesday, Vigo hosted a new event as part of the main events of the Spanish Armed Forces Day for this year.<\/p>\n

The athletics tracks adjacent to the Bala\u00eddos football stadium became the stage for various military demonstrations by the Navy, the Air Force, the Royal Guard, and the Armed Forces Horse Breeding Corps.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There were displays with two helicopters, an NH90 \"Lobo\" search and rescue helicopter from the 48th Wing of the Spanish Air Force<\/strong> (above these lines), a unit based in Cuatro Vientos (Madrid), and an SH-60B Seahawk anti-submarine helicopter from the 10th Squadron of the Spanish Navy<\/strong> (below these lines), based in Rota (C\u00e1diz).<\/p>\n

The athletics track was too small and reached full capacity<\/strong> even with a long queue of people still waiting, despite a particularly hot day in the city, with temperatures reaching 31\u00baC.
