Abrams<\/strong> and has certain similarities to two of his films that I liked the most: \"Cloverfield\" (2008) and especially \"Super 8\" (2011). <strong>The director is David Robert Mitchell<\/strong>, author of one of the most original horror films I've seen in recent years: \"It Follows\" (2014). <strong>This information offered a good incentive to go see it, in addition to a very good trailer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/55465656333_ffffab6cdc_o.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/55465656333_96402d1d2e_z.jpg\" style=\"width:100%; height:auto; border:0px;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The cast is also a draw, with <strong>Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor in the lead roles<\/strong>, playing a troubled couple who find themselves embroiled in a rather strange situation in their neighborhood. <strong>I thought I was going to see a typical summer movie, simply entertaining and nothing more<\/strong>, but to be honest, it surprised me. It's better than I expected and better than some reviews suggested. <strong>The film is a bit slow at the beginning<\/strong>, but it picks up pace until it becomes thrilling.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/55465707864_fde5957804_o.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/55465707864_4abb217d1c_z.jpg\" style=\"width:100%; height:auto; border:0px;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>I haven't mentioned the plot, and I'm not going to.<\/strong> I'll just say that the film has a very similar atmosphere to \"Super 8,\" which was set in 1979. <strong>In this case, the events take place in 1982<\/strong>, with a very well-achieved atmosphere. I think it's best to go see the film without knowing anything else. <strong>I think it's worth seeing, but if you go, it's best to go without small children<\/strong> (some scenes are quite intense).
