Three official planes for three members of government, but your car is what pollutes

For years, Spaniards have endured all kinds of rules and taxes created under the pretext of protecting the environment.

Specifically, Pedro Sánchez's government is obsessed with banning the sale of combustion engine cars by 2035, and has even criticized the European Union's plans to make that deadline more flexible, due to the obvious damage the European automotive industry is suffering because of the green fanaticism of some European politicians. A fanaticism that, in the case of the Spanish socialist leader, makes it logical to wonder if it is sincere or has some relation to his alliance with the Chinese communist dictatorship, the world's largest manufacturer of electric vehicles and also the country that pollutes the most, by a wide margin.

The NATO summit in Ankara has shed some light on that question: Pedro Sánchez and two of his ministers attended the event using three official aircraft. An Airbus A-310 to transport the Prime Minister, a Dassault Falcon 900 to transport the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Defense, and another Falcon 900 as a backup aircraft in case either of the other two fails.

So, those who are driving up car prices with their push to impose electric models, those who display the most environmental fanaticism in their zeal to eliminate combustion engines, are simultaneously deploying three highly polluting airplanes (these planes are quite old and don't even have the most efficient and least polluting engines of the latest aircraft) to transport three members of the government. I think that answers the question clearly, doesn't it?
