Vladimir Putin's dictatorship has launched a new massive attack against civilian targets in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, today.
This morning, the Ukrainian Air Force a href="https://t.me/kpszsu/67095" target="_blank">reported that Russia used 570 air weapons in this attack: 74 missiles and 496 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of various types. Unlike Ukraine, which is launching attacks against military and strategic targets, Putin continues to launch indiscriminate attacks against civilian targets with no military value, as part of a strategy that seeks only to instill terror among the civilian population and with the clear aim of killing as many Ukrainians as possible, whether adults, children, or babies. This is not speculation. Just look at this crater caused by today's Russian attack in a residential area of Kyiv. What would have happened if that enormous projectile had hit one of the nearby apartment buildings?
A huge crater from the Russian attack on Kyiv.
Just compare its size with the people.
Thank God it didn't hit the residential buildings close by. https://t.co/lBho726PMV pic.twitter.com/M3aMkOQbHF

What would have happened if that enormous projectile had hit one of the nearby residential buildings? In the following video, we can see the damage to some of them.
Horrific footage from the aftermath of Russia's massive overnight attack on Kyiv.
Russia killed at least 13 people. Eighty-six others, including children, were injured. Rescuers are still searching for people trapped under the rubble.

We have been witnessing these Russian attacks for years, and I think it's high time some people started calling things by their name. Russia is a terrorist state that is committing genocidal crimes in Ukraine. If these attacks haven't resulted in a much higher number of victims, it's not due to a decision by the Kremlin, whose murderous intent has already become abundantly clear, but rather the effectiveness of Ukrainian air defenses, which managed to shoot down 524 targets: 48 missiles and 476 drones of various types. This is the only thing preventing us from talking about hundreds or thousands of deaths today as a consequence of this latest attack. Despite this, Russia has reduced a nine-story residential building to rubble, and the attack has killed 22 people, as reported a few minutes ago by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
+ UPDATED 3.7.2026 12:30h: The death toll from this Russian attack has reached 30, with 100 injured. The numbers could rise as 10 people are still missing.
The response to the aftermath of Russia’s attack is still ongoing in Kyiv: first responders are clearing the rubble, searching for people, and providing assistance. Damage has been reported at more than 20 sites across the city, most of them ordinary residential buildings. There… pic.twitter.com/rtfrS1gFVU

Above, we can see a video showing the damage from this attack, published by Volodymyr Zelensky. This afternoon, the Ukrainian president announced that Russia will receive a response for today's attack on Kyiv. Ukraine has long responded to these indiscriminate Russian attacks against the civilian population with precise strikes against military targets and the Russian oil industry, an industry that fuels Putin's war machine in his aggression against Ukraine. Russia is increasingly feeling the effects of what Zelensky calls his "far-reaching sanctions", with long lines of vehicles waiting to refuel at its gas stations. This is the only message the thugs understand: the message of force.
The West must continue sending military aid to Ukraine, not only because the cause of the Ukrainian people against Russian aggression is a just cause, but also because Ukrainian defenders are today the first line of defense of our civilization against barbarism, a barbarism represented in Europe by the dictatorship of Vladimir Putin but which has clear ramifications in other parts of the world, with allies such as the Islamist dictatorship of Iran and the communist dictatorship of Xi Jinping in China, Putin's greatest ally and a totalitarian regime with which the government of Pedro Sánchez maintains a scandalous alliance and which provokes growing concern among our NATO allies.
One might wonder if Sánchez's alliance with one of Putin's main allies explains the increasingly suspicious fact that the Spanish leftist government avoids accusing Russia of genocide and even terrorism, despite the constant Russian terrorist attacks against the Ukrainian civilian population. The European Parliament already accused Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism in November 2022, by 494 votes in favor, 58 against, and 44 abstentions. Inexplicably, neither the Congress nor the Senate in Spain has approved similar declarations.
Meanwhile, the Sánchez government and its far-left allies have been slandering Israel for years, a democratic country that in 2023 suffered the worst terrorist attack in its history and the largest anti-Semitic massacre since the Holocaust. The coyness that Sánchez and his allies display toward Russia turns into energetic outbursts against Israel, a double standard that can only be explained by an anti-Semitism that is now impossible to conceal on the Spanish left.
What more has to happen for Sánchez and his allies to accuse Russia of terrorism and genocide? Would we see such indifference toward the crimes against the Ukrainian people if this unprovoked aggression and four-year war had been initiated by Israel, and if the missiles and drones that are killing Ukrainian adults and children had been launched by Israeli forces? Is the reason Sánchez has never accused Putin of genocide or terrorism simply because the Russian dictator is neither Jewish nor an Israeli citizen?
