This Expeditionary Air Group is made up of 7 Eurofighters from Wing 14, 1 Eurofighter from Wing 46, 2 A400Ms from Wing 31, and 2 A330 MRTTs from Wing 45, in addition to personnel from these units and the Air Combat Command (MACOM), the Air Deployment Support Squadron (EADA), and the Logistics Center for Armament and Experimentation (CLAEX). This is the Spanish Air Force's longest deployment since the one it carried out in 2014 to Australia and New Zealand, for Exercise Pitch Black 24.

The Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) has already released some photos of the ten Spanish aircraft that have arrived in Australia for the aforementioned exercise, which will take place at RAAF Darwin and RAAF Amberley air bases in the north of the country. Yesterday, the RAAF published these two photos from a press conference in which we can see three of the Spanish Eurofighters.

The aircraft in the center is from the 462 Squadron of Wing 46, based in Gando (the only aircraft from that unit that is part of this Expeditionary Air Group) and the other two are from Wing 14, based in Albacete.

Furthermore, the RAAF multimedia portal has published some photos of these Spanish aircraft. These first ones show the arrival of the A330 MRTTs of 45 Wing at RAAF Base Darwin on July 16. The photos correspond, specifically, to T.24-02 (452-02).

The RAAF has also released these two photos of the Spanish Eurofighters at RAAF Base Darwin this Monday. We see one of them on the runway, the C.16-78 (14-78), and three others in flight.

Finally, the RAAF has published a video (which can be seen here) in which we see three Spanish Eurofighters at RAAF Base Darwin this Monday, July 20th. In the video, we see the takeoff of one of them, the C.16-45 (14-45).
