He sent Najib Mikati the support he did not send to Israel after the Iranian attack

Pedro Sánchez supports Hezbollah ally who allowed attacks against Israel from Lebanon

The Spanish Prime Minister, the socialist Pedro Sánchez, does not miss a single opportunity to ally himself with the worst scum.

Sanchez does not show his support for Israel but he does for Najib Mikati

After the cold and terse condemnation of the Spanish government of the Iranian attack on Israel, and without the Spanish socialist leader showing his support for the attacked country, yesterday Sánchez expressly showed his support for Najib Mikati, stating: "I have just spoken with the Prime Minister of Lebanon Najib Mikati to express my solidarity and support in the face of the difficult moment that his country is going through. Spain has increased its humanitarian aid to assist the Lebanese civilian population."

Mikati became Prime Minister of Lebanon with the support of Hezbollah

Many Spaniards will probably not know who the current Lebanese Prime Minister is. Mikati is a multimillionaire, a Sunni Muslim and an ally of Hezbollah. In 2011 he became Prime Minister thanks to the support of this terrorist organisation financed and armed by Iran. His election led to protests in the country, amid accusations against Hezbollah of having staged a coup d'état. Mikati held the post for three years and returned to office in 2021, again supported by Hezbollah.

In September 2023, Mikati interfered in Lebanon’s presidential election to favor Hezbollah, stating: "it would not be logical, or even reasonable, to elect a president who would antagonize Hezbollah."

Mikati blamed Israel for the attacks launched by Hezbollah against that country

Let us remember that Hezbollah began its wave of attacks against Israel on October 8, 2023, one day after the Hamas terrorist attack against that country, an attack that became the largest massacre suffered by the Jewish people since the Holocaust. Instead of condemning Hezbollah's attacks on Israeli territory, Mikati blamed Israel and filed a complaint against the Jewish state at the UN, despite being fully aware that the wave of attacks was initiated by its terrorist allies guided by Iranian missiles.

Mikati has condoned Hezbollah attacks against Israel for 11 months

The Lebanese prime minister’s complicity with terrorists is so blatant that in late October 2023, when Hezbollah had already been attacking Israel for weeks, Mikati claimed that "Hezbollah has managed the situation rationally and wisely", openly praising the Islamist criminal group to which the Lebanese president owes his position.

Throughout his tenure, Mikati has failed to comply with UN Security Council Resolution 1701, which required him to disarm Hezbollah terrorists (the UN itself has also made no effort to disarm the terrorists). Furthermore, Mikati tolerated Hezbollah attacks on Israel from Lebanon for 11 months, until Israel finally had enough and decided to decapitate Hezbollah.

Sánchez's tendency to align himself with the terrorists' allies

Pedro Sánchez owes all Spaniards an explanation for his tendency to align himself with terrorist allies, as he did a year ago at the UN, siding with Hamas's allies (Iran, Russia, Qatar, Syria and Turkey) to support a resolution that did not condemn Hamas's terrorist attack against Israel and that omitted any reference to the citizens kidnapped by Hamas in its attack on October 7. With his scandalous foreign policy, Sánchez is leaving Spain's international image in tatters.
