She scolded some neighbors who complained to this socialist minister

The unworthy attitude of Minister Margarita Robles towards some affected by the cold drop

In Spain we have become accustomed to politicians who treat citizens in ways that are unthinkable in a private company.

Pedro Sánchez took 4 days to order a large military deployment and justified it by lying
The head of the UME contradicts the government on the military deployment in Valencia

Yesterday, the Minister of Defense, the socialist Margarita Robles, traveled to Paiporta, one of the places most damaged by the catastrophe of the cold drop of October 29. I don't know if he has gone to try to wash up the terrible image that the government has given with its poor management of this tragedy, especially because of the four-day delay in making a large military deployment to help those affected.

During a visit to a garage in a community of neighbors, some neighbors have complained to the minister because the area is still flooded. Faced with these criticisms from people who had already been suffering the effects of this disaster for 25 days, the minister has scolded the neighbors saying "it's not my fault" and placing the responsibility on the mayors (coincidentally, the mayor of Paiporta, Maribel Albalat, is from her party, the PSOE). The video of the scene has gone viral on Twitter:

If she has no responsibility for what happens in that garage, what was she there for? To take a photo? To make people believe she is fixing something? Whatever her excuse, this attitude of an arrogant bureaucrat is intolerable in anyone who receives a public salary, but especially in a minister who is part of a government that has had a terrible performance in this catastrophe. The way Margarita Robles has treated those citizens is scandalous. In a democracy, the rulers are at the service of the citizens, and not the other way around.

Margarita Robles should have resigned due to the late deployment of the Armed Forces in the affected area, as she is the minister responsible for ensuring that our soldiers arrive as soon as possible where they are needed. Instead of asking for forgiveness, she is now displaying arrogance in front of the residents of Paiporta who have already suffered too much from the abandonment of Pedro Sánchez's executive. If Spain had a government with a shred of shame, that minister would be dismissed today, but that will not happen, because Sánchez is just like her. I hope that the entire government ends up answering to justice for this and for many other things.
