In recent hours, a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas has been announced, as well as the possible release of the kidnapped hostages in 2023.
Hamas announces it will repeat the antisemitic massacre it perpetrated in 2023
Let us remember that Hamas has been holding dozens of people hostage since October 7, 2023, when that terrorist and genocidal organization launched an attack against the State of Israel, perpetrating the greatest massacre suffered by the Jewish people since the Holocaust. This ceasefire is due, in part, to international pressure on Israel, especially from the United States. In fact, both Joe Biden and Donald Trump have taken credit.
An important note is that the announced agreement is a ceasefire, not a peace agreement. To understand the difference, it is enough to know what the terrorist organization’s reaction has been: Hamas has called that agreement a victory, praised its October 7 attack, and said it will repeat it, with the express goal of destroying the State of Israel, which has always been the purpose of that criminal group supported by Iran, Qatar, and Turkey.
Peace with Hamas is impossible, just as it was with the nazis
Obviously, peace is impossible with a genocidal organization like Hamas, which is obsessed with exterminating the Jews and is willing to sacrifice all the inhabitants of Gaza in order to achieve that goal, even if only very partially. While Israel devotes great efforts to defending its civilian population, for Hamas, the civilians of Gaza are expendable on the altar of antisemitism, just as German civilians were for Hitler and his gang of nazi criminals in World War II. Hamas must be completely defeated, just as the Third Reich was, to prevent it from committing another massacre like the one it perpetrated on October 7, 2023.
The current outcome of the war provoked by Hamas and Iran
Moreover, the fact that Hamas sees this ceasefire as a victory shows how far removed this genocidal organisation is from the real world. This war was provoked by this criminal organisation with its attack on 7 October, an attack supported by the main sponsor of Islamist terrorism: Iran. Today, Hamas has managed to turn Gaza into a complete ruin, a result which, like the destruction of many German cities during World War II, is the sole fault of Hamas for starting this war and using Gazan civilians as human shields, a war crime which has been ignored by many since this war began.
For the Islamist dictatorship in Tehran and its terrorist puppets, the outcome is not exactly positive. The Iranian Armed Forces have suffered heavy losses following Israel's responses to the missile and drone attacks launched by the Iranian dictatorship against the Israeli population. The terrorist organization Hezbollah has been seriously damaged and weakened, to the point that in Lebanon the possibility of a future that is not in the shadow of these Islamist fanatics is finally opening up. The Houthi terrorists in Yemen have also been severely punished by Israel and its allies following their attacks against the Jewish State and against merchant ships from several countries.
The success of Iran and its puppets: a new wave of antisemitism
However, with this war, Hamas, Iran and their terrorist puppets have achieved a clear success that does not translate into any military achievement, but into a shameful propaganda achievement: they and their useful idiots have managed to unleash a wave of anti-Semitism in the West unprecedented since the Holocaust, a wave fueled by many media outlets of different stripes and, very actively, by Islamist and extreme left organizations.
The infamous message from some Western governments
Moreover, some Western governments, such as that of Pedro Sánchez in Spain, have dedicated themselves to criminalizing Israel for defending itself from the worst attack in its history, giving oxygen to terrorists and legitimizing their crimes, thereby sending an infamous message to the world that we should never forget: the message that the mass murder of Jews deserves to be used to demonize the only Jewish state in the world, which has been fighting for its survival since 1948 against the fanatics who surround them.
As a Spaniard, I feel ashamed to have in my country one of the most Judeophobic governments in Europe, a government that has gone so far as to authorize a march called by a Palestinian terrorist and anti-Semitic group that supported the massacre perpetrated by Hamas 2023 against the people of Israel, and that yesterday he announced a package of 24 million euros for Gaza, which will surely end up in the hands of Hamas, as has been happening for years with almost all Western aid sent to Gaza. Sanchez and his allies will one day have to answer for what they are doing.
