The PSOE disguises the far-left violence in Pamplona and speaks of “clashes”

Following the inflammatory messages from the PSOE against journalist Vito Quiles, an infamous accusation that led to far-left riots in Pamplona injuring a journalist and four police officers, the PSOE is trying to address the criticism by saying it condemns these acts of violence but avoiding identifying the perpetrators.

The PSOE criticizes Vito Quiles, the PP and UPN...

Yesterday, the PSOE of Navarre published two statements regarding the disturbances provoked by left-wing extremists. The first Socialist statement omits the four injured police officers and expressly criticizes Vito Quiles (the journalist who had only gone to Pamplona to give a lecture, being forced to cancel it due to the risk of incidents by far-leftists) and also the People's Party (PP) and the Navarrese People's Union (UPN), parties that have criticized the Socialists' attitude towards these events.

... but it doesn't mention the far-leftists who committed the disturbances.

Curiously, the statement claims to condemn the disturbances "unequivocally" but doesn't even mention the perpetrators, saying that "the Socialist Party is neither with one side nor the other, because it is the extremes that ultimately generate these situations." But then, who are these "some ones" that the PSOE doesn't even dare to name?

In the second statement, the PSOE announces that it will bring a declaration to the Pamplona City Council to reject "the disturbances caused by far-right groups". This ambiguous language extends throughout the rest of the statement, avoiding any mention of left-wing extremists and distorting the facts: it speaks of "radicals of different ideologies" and of "clashes" between "far-right groups of different ideologies." The reality is that there were no clashes: the far-leftists were the sole perpetrators of these acts of violence and the perpetrators of the attacks on a journalist and four police officers.

The result of the infamous pacts between the PSOE and Bildu

These two statements are explained by the infamous pacts of the socialists. The PSOE governs in Navarre thanks to a pact with Bildu, and Bildu governs in Pamplona thanks to a pact with the PSOE. Following the serious disturbances on Thursday, yesterday the mayor of Pamplona, ​​Joseba Asirón (of Bildu), did not condemn the far-left attacks in his city, accusing Vito Quiles (without naming him) of "provoking": the old miniskirt argument to blame the victim of a rape.

The PSOE is no longer content with governing with the political heirs of ETA, but now it also distorts the facts to avoid any criticism of the pro-ETA offspring, without even daring to mention them (despite their appearance in numerous Spanish media outlets) while blaming everything on a journalist who was only going to give a lecture, an event that the PSOE opposed with intolerant messages typical of the extreme left, as if there were no freedom of expression in Navarre for those who do not subscribe to the dogmas of the left.
