A German court denies acts of violence in the Catalan separatist coup

According to the German Justice, If You Do This There Will You Not Be Accused of Violent Acts?

The Higher Regional Court of Schleswig-Holstein, in Germany, has denied that Puigdemont can be extradited to Spain for a crime of rebellion, not appreciating violence.

Political Prisoners? No: Prisoners for Harassing the Civil Guard and Destroying Three Vehicles
Catalonia: This Is What Some Spanish and International Media Almost Never Explain

We must remember that Puigdemont is the maximum leader of a coup that sought to suspend the validity of the Constitution in Catalonia and separate that region from the rest of Spain. I assume that the German judges will have asked the Spanish Justice for evidence indicating the use of violence in that separatist coup, which are numerous and have appeared in various Spanish and foreign media. And since the German judges do not appreciate violence in these behaviors, I must assume that if I go to Germany and do this kind of thing, no police or judge will come to accuse me of committing violent acts, is that correct?

Thus were several vehicles of the Spanish Civil Guard as a result of a violent act of harassment suffered by some agents and by a judicial secretary on September 20 in Barcelona, when a group of separatists tried to prevent the action of the Justice. The troublemakers even stole weapons. And I ask: if I go to Berlin and do this with a car from the German Polizei will not they accuse me of a violent act?

This video was recorded in Catalonia on October 1, the day of the illegal referendum convoked by Puigdemont. We see the Spanish Civil Guard being expelled with stones from a neighborhood by a group of separatists. It was not an isolated event. In the following video we can see more aggressions and acts of harassment suffered by the Spanish National Police that day at the hands of the separatist mob:

And in the next video we see separatists assaulting a Civil Guard who had fallen to the ground:

Doing this in Germany is not considered an act of violence?

Finally, here we see separatists setting fire to tires and mounting barricades last week to protest against Puigdemont's detention in Germany:

In Catalonia there have been road cuts like these everywhere, organized by groups of the most radical and violent separatism. Apparently, in Germany or have not heard or this should seem a peaceful behavior.

Finally, at the end of March, the Civil Guard accredited to the Supreme Court 315 acts of violence in the separatist coup in Catalonia. Has the German Justice not news of them? Did they not find out about what happened and did not ask for that information, but that has not stopped them from denying that this separatist coup was violent?
