Historic demonstrations in Cuba against the communist dictatorship and asking for Freedom

Thousands of Cuban citizens have taken to the streets this Sunday, July 11, in a historic day of protests in favor of Freedom and democracy.

Socialists and communists vote against a condemnation of political persecution in Cuba

The situation of misery and lack of freedom that Cubans have suffered for 62 years has worsened and has been coupled with a hospital collapse and the lack of medicines in the midst of the pandemic. This has caused many Cubans to get fed up and have lost their fear of the regime and its repressive forces, as seen this Sunday, when thousands of people took to the streets shouting "Freedom" and "we are not afraid."
