Spain is once again stunned by yet another abuse by a ruler who insists on confusing our nation with his private property.
All of Spain will pay for the waste of Sánchez's separatist partners
Yesterday it was revealed that the Socialists and their separatist partners have agreed to forgive 17.104 billion of Catalonia's debt to the State, 2 billion more than had been initially announced. In exchange, Carles Puigdemont has agreed to withdraw the motion of confidence against Pedro Sánchez, presented by his party, Junts, in Congress.
Thus, all Spaniards will have to pay for the waste of the separatists at the head of the Catalan government, which has become the clearest example of poor economic management, based on the systematic blackmail of the national government (both this one and the previous ones) so that it assumes its debts or economically privileges Catalonia with respect to the other Spanish regions.
A robbery comparable to the robbery of the gold from the Bank of Spain in 1936
What is happening is a huge robbery of Spain comparable to the robbery of the gold from the Bank of Spain by the socialists in 1936, a robbery whose current amount would be quite similar to that of the robbery announced yesterday by the government and its separatist partners. This time, the socialist robbery is intended to provide a personal benefit to Sánchez (persistence in power at all costs, subordinating the common good to his own well-being) and his party, allowing him to continue using the means of the State to amass more power and place his supporters at the head of public institutions.
A blatant case of political corruption
On the other hand, what was agreed yesterday is a blatant example of political corruption, since that is how the theft of public funds to provide personal or partisan benefits to the perpetrators of the robbery should be described. The consequences will be paid by all Spaniards with more tax increases, since this forgiveness of the Catalan debt comes at a time when the government is already out of liquidity. Once again, the socialists are doing everything necessary to leave Spain up to its neck in debt, as already happened during the governments of Felipe González and José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero.
PSOE and PP have already made sure that something like this would not have penal consequences
To plunder a private company in this way would be a crime of disloyal administration, punishable by Article 252 of the Spanish Penal Code with the same penalties as the crime of fraud, that is, up to three years in prison in the most serious cases. But in this case the serious damage is not caused to a company, but to an entire country.
The politicians of the PSOE and the PP have already taken care of covering their backs by avoiding having to answer for something like this before the Justice, as if the fact of having obtained the majority necessary to govern in Congress gave them authority to plunder the Spanish people with impunity and ruin our Nation.
Any political change that does not contemplate the demand for criminal liability for rulers who commit thefts such as the one announced yesterday will be the clearest guarantee that this will happen again in the near future, even if Sánchez is removed from power, to which he clings like a tick, parasitizing his victims, which are all Spaniards, including the accomplices who vote for him.
