A good example of how to go camping with a two-wheeled vehicle

A silent and solitary bivouac with a motorcycle in a forest in the United Kingdom

On this blog I have published videos of explorations and liveaboarding in which the protagonists travel in four-wheeled vehicles.

Driving along an old railway line and through a creepy abandoned tunnel in Canada
A fascinating route through the ghost towns and beautiful landscapes of the Sierra de Baza

Today we're going to make a slight change. Two days ago, the British YouTube channel TA Outdoors posted a great video of them camping with their motorcycle, a beautiful olive-green Triumph Scrambler 900. To be honest, if the video were a Triumph advertisement, the brand probably couldn't have done a better job. The video's creator hasn't revealed the location chosen for their bivouac, but at the beginning of the video, we see one of the typical dark brick railway bridges built in Victorian-era Britain (in addition to the characteristic fact that we see vehicles traveling in the left lane on a road).

This video is a great example of how to go camping with a motorcycle, an ideal solution if you fancy getting away from it all. The big drawback of this type of vehicle is that you can't bring along a fearless guide like our four-legged friend Alfred from Aventuras Entresierras... The video is filmed without a single word being spoken; we only hear the motorcycle, nature, and the sounds its protagonist makes while setting up his bivouac:

Here we can see some screenshots from the video as a preview. Here we see the motorcyclist with his bike. I'm no expert on two-wheeled motor vehicles, but I've seen bikes of this brand a few times; they have a very classic look, and I think they're beautiful.

Below we see the motorcycle, its owner, and the fully set-up tent.

Lighting a campfire. The video's author doesn't explain the procedure, so I'd like to remind you that last year Aventuras Entresierras explained different ways to light a fire that can be useful for a bivouac.

Can you guess which part of the video Bilbo the teddy bear liked the most?
