Today the Chilean Navy has published an exciting video of the encounter between the Spanish Navy's training ship and its twin, the Chilean training ship "Esmeralda", in Punta Arenas Bay, a beautiful image that you can see at the top of this post. As is traditional in the naval field, both ships have fired artillery salutes from their salute batteries (the "Elcano" battery is made up of two 37 mm Bazán RB cannons, while the "Esmeralda" has 4 57 mm cannons).
