M1A2 Abrams: An interesting report that explains how this tank works

The M1 Abrams has been the flagship of the United States Army's main battle tank since 1980. It is, without a doubt, one of the most famous vehicles in its class.

Already more than 40 years old, the Abrams remains today a very powerful and advanced weapon of war, thanks to the constant updates that have been made to it, so it is expected to remain in service for many years, since it still does not have a replacement in sight. An interesting video by Jared Owen shows how this battle tank works, both outside and inside, including the function of each of its four crew members.

However, it should be said that the video includes a small error: when talking about the smoke grenade launchers, the video shows the tank directly emitting smoke from the launchers. The Abrams' M250 smoke grenade launcher (and those on other tanks) does not work like this, but instead launches smoke grenades and they explode at a certain height at a certain distance from the tank, creating the smoke screen.
