Twitter censored Trump even though he rejected the assault on Capitol

Last year, Twitter kicked then-US President Donald Trump off its network, an unprecedented move for a sitting democratic president. This Thursday, the official Ukrainian Twitter account has asked users to ask that company to suspend official Russian accounts: "no place for an aggressor like Russia on Western social media platforms", the Ukrainian government has pointed out. "They should not be allowed to use these platforms to promote their image while brutally killing the Ukrainian people," it added.
