Lisa Azul 2022: an exercise of the Spanish Marine Infantry with United States Marines

Every year, with the arrival of autumn, the Marine Corps of Spain and the United States carry out the joint exercise Lisa Azul.

This exercise has been carried out this year, as on other occasions, at the Sierra del Retín shooting and maneuvering range and at the Rota Naval Station. The participating units were the First Landing Battalion of the Tercio de Armada of the Spanish Marine Infantry, the Fleet Anti-terrorism Security Team (FAST) Company Europe of the United States Marines, and also some members of the "San Marco" Brigade of the Italian Navy. The US Navy today released this video of the exercise:
