In the heart of Andalusia, and in the interior of the province of Malaga, is the Sierra de las Nieves, crossed by the Lifa Valley.
This valley is traversed by an old road that connects the towns of El Burgo and Ronda, in the same province. In the area there is an old medieval watchtower from Muslim times, the Tower of Lifa, which was destroyed by the Umayyads and of which only a few ruins remain today. The always excellent channel Aventuras Entresierras published an interesting video yesterday showing this route and doing a bivouac in it:
